Implement lasting behaviour change
A systemic approach to behaviour change:
We take into account the reality, complexity and culture of the company and the teams that we support. We check that the conditions for change which come directly from the company’s structure are consistent with expected behaviour. Where necessary, we will point out any inconsistencies, or obstacles even, emanating from the structure and will suggest removing them.
We assess the means, time and power to act of the people concerned but we also work on their real interest to act in terms of changing the company.
An awakening of the commitment which embodies new behaviour:
Whilst psychosocial risks (PSR), stress and motivation at work can be the target of various corrective measures or plans of action, bringing back desire is something which is often under-exploited. However, contrary to motivation, desire (to do or not do something) is an infinite source of energy, because it is not influenced by reward.
The creators and destroyers of commitment:
- The level of motivation depends on the company’s ability to satisfy the needs of its collaborators.
- The degree of desire depends on the company’s ability to sustain every positive emotion on a daily basis.
At KeaPrime, we are convinced that desire contributes to developing lasting commitment and the accountability of everybody for company performance.
This is why we create approaches that, in a professional situation, encourage the growth of desire in those concerned.
