To do this, we offer an expert, experienced, enthusiastic and sympathetic team comprised of consultants who have a combination of different skills: advice, training, facilitation, individual and/or group support and coaching.
Alice started in strategy and organisation consulting at Kea &Partners. In 2012, she chose to join in the adventure at KeaPrime when it was created and specialises in the setting up of teams. She is particularly involved in networked companies. From directors to managers, she facilitates the implementation of strategies in which everyone is involved.
After experience in change management, specialising in the engagement of men, Matthieu became interested in other means of getting players into motion. To do that, in 2014, he joined KeaPrime with a desire to get further involved in consultancy techniques by combining them with other methods, particularly managerial support, – individual and collective – and training. Matthieu counts on the teaching and tools of social dynamics in his various assignments. He is also a member of the Institute of Social Dynamics and contributes to its events.
Xavier began his career in innovation marketing and technologies, information or complex systems transformation’s lean management. In 16 years of consulting, he comes to the conclusion that what is important is that people communicate with each other and embrace the change. He becomes an expert in systems science, comprehension and set-up of mental systems and reasoned decision making.
Passionate about systems science, he joins KeaPrime in 2019 intending to find new ways to lead change, investigating how to manage to make transformations desirable, desired, and how to mobilise around this wish.
After starting with Bossard Consultants, Vincent became part of the team which created KeaPartners in 2001. There he developed areas of operation based around team dynamics, social relationships, management and company culture in the context of change. In 2012, he set up KeaPrime with the ambition of developing peoples’ capability and desire to change their company. Administrator of the Institute of Social Dynamics (ISD), he is interested in anything which contributes to well-being and the commitment of people in the world of business.
Arnaud started his journey in consulting with SOFRES doing social climate surveys. He kept going at BOSSARD Consultants, then at BLEDINA (DANONE Group). He consequently has a joint experience in consulting and corporation. For now 25 years, he has been endorsing his coach or consultant hat by supporting managers and executives to suceed with their people, team and business transformations. He wrote several books about change management and teams. Arnaud joined KeaPrime in 2018, for his passion about collective actions.
Moreover, Arnaud loves mountain : hiking, running, driving, skiing, and dreaming.
Romain took his firsts professional steps in the start-up universe, between education and new technologies. He then joined Capgemini Consulting in order to support digital transformations. He built a growing interest in the humain challenge of the transformations, which led him to integrate KeaPrime in 2018.
His major contributions to its developpement revolves around two main interests : leadership development serving the collective dynamics, and cooperation forms in digital transformation.
Corinne supports organisations with engagement and passion in France and overseas since the begining of her carrer, with a triple coach, consultant and trainer posture. She combines a joint consulting (Deloitte & Touche, Hewitt Associates & Julhiet-Sterwen Group), corporate (Unilever) and entrepreneurial experience.
She joined KeaPrime with the ambition to support executive teams in the success of their transformations, by bringing a new vision on people’s dimension, for a sustainable and agile development of organisations, with engaged, fullfilled and confident teams.
Before joining KeaPrime, Sophie founded and managed a firm during 6 years that offered to managers and their teams some innovative experiences using art to develop collective intelligence. Passionate about managerial posture and corporate relationships, she contributes to developing new offers on collective dynamics and leadership at KeaPrime.
Fabrice began his journey as a consultant in 2003 at Capgemini, Eurogroup then SG Consulting, with a human transformation support story line. In 2012, he completes his engineer training with a business coach certification and develops an expertise in various tools of self-knowledge and applied psychology. He joins KeaPrime with the ambition of sharing his experience in operational excellence management and innovative co-building practices allying sense, fullfilness and performance.
Charlotte started as a consultant for EY in Sydney supporting transformation programs and change management initiatives to uplift organisational capabilities. Growing within a dynamic and supportive Australian team culture, she quickly understood the power of leadership and management to brighten high potentials and teams. Passionated about Learning and Teams, she built a strong interest in developing collective intelligences through the lens of Design Thinking methods.
Charlotte joined KeaPrime in 2019 to contribute to employee development and fullfilness as change actors, by facilitating team workshops and using coaching and training practices.
Before moving to consulting and coaching, Patrick gained significant experience working as General Human Resources Director both in France and overseas, in retail and consumer goods (Unilever, Yves Rocher, Bel).
Now Senior Advisor for KeaPrime, he supports Chief Executives on their business transformations around all aspects of culture and leadership. He wrote « HR beyond HR », an approach supporting HR function on transformation subjects. He contributed to many transformation projects in major international groups and developed innovative diagnostic and cultural transformation approaches for merger and acquisitions or new business models.
After completing a Master’s degree at CELSA in Paris, a start-up transition and 6 years of consulting at Arkos, François joined KeaPrime in 2020.
Driven by a deep interest in new technologies and communication, he supports digital transformations and teams’ working practices. He likes to design, facilitate and lead workshops that bring out collective intelligence, promoting vision alignement, emergence of concrete solutions and putting transformations into motion.
