Know-how and tools

Each of our areas of intervention can be combined with others or act in isolation in terms of advice, training, facilitation or coaching in order to produce the expected change in behaviour.

Schema Advice, Facilitation, Training, Coaching: a combination to meet your needs

To deal with this very rapid rate of change and the high level of unforeseen circumstances, our lack of a ‘ready-made model’ or an ‘a priori solution’ contributes to the realism and effectiveness of our support.

With KeaPrime, you quickly get into action whilst also maintaining the possibility, at any time, to integrate unforeseen matters and deal with resistance.

During our intervention we can also call upon and harmonise a range of disciplines, methods or tools such as:

Intervention-based solutions (IOS)

Coming from the work of Milton Erickson and Gregory Bateson, IOS has a bias towards positive outcomes and success. Therefore, less time is dedicated to analysing the problem or the past and finding or debating a logical explanation.  All energies are focused on the objective, the future and solutions and strategies for success to get there with particular awareness and the consolidation of strategies for success which have already been tested.

Neurocognitive and behavioural approach (NBA)

Developed by Jacques Fradin and his team, NBA is an interdisciplinary approach based on neurological and behavioural sciences. Allowing us to grasp and understand human behaviour in interaction with the environment in which it is developing (social, professional ecological…), NBA helps in the development of individual performance, in reinforcing the pleasure of collective action and the improvement of the organisation itself.

Transactional Analysis (TA)

Developed by Eric Berne and based on the specific concept of relationships and communication, transactional analysis (TA) explores our exchanges with those around us according to the three facets of our personality: child, parent or adult. This frame of reference of our behaviour gives us a better understanding of ourselves. It also enables us to improve communication with others by allowing each of us to adapt the facets of our personality to various situations.

Ensize DISC

Based on William Marston’s DISC model, it outlines an individual’s behavioural preferences (natural style) and the manner in which they adapt to their environment (adapted style). The coloured model enables each person to understand their areas of comfort and discomfort, to become aware of their strengths and weaknesses, to put success strategies in place, adopt attitudes which respond to the demands of the environment, develop their adaptability and flexibility, communicate better with others and increase their leadership skills. Knowing their behavioural preferences and recognising those of others enables them to work better with them. It is an asset which helps to boost individual and collective performance within the company while at the same time maintaining the social fabric.

Maieutics

The Socratic method based on enquiry which helps a participant to become aware of what they inherently know and to express it and assess it (according to Foulq.-St-Jean 1962).

MBTI

The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a personality test which helps in the design of solutions in all areas of personal development and human interaction. The MBTI® profile identifies the way in which an individual perceives and interacts with the world, by giving them an overview of their motivations and the motivation of others. This provides a solid base for personal growth and development, which results in better personal efficiency.

CTT Tools

Developed by the Barrett Values Centre, CTT (cultural transformation tools) is based on the definition and classification of values, principles or motivation factors which make people in an organisation work in a particular way. Put simply, these are the values that guide an organisation. The identification of these values rests on a questionnaire administered to collaborators within a given area of scope, from a small group of individuals to the whole company, in one or more languages. The analysis of the results identifies gaps between personal values, the values of the current culture and the desired values, between different groups and potentially between companies which want to come together; this analysis helps to focus the thinking and action plans of the organisation’s management and to commit to the cultural transformation of the organisation!

Prédom©

Created from an individually completed online questionnaire, Prédom© explains how and how much we selectively use each of the eight behavioural approaches which exist in the professional environment. Because Prédom© clarifies preferences in terms of function, management, communication, motivational levers, decision-making… the Prédom approach is an active support in improving behavioural performance in a company, whether at an individual or team level. It is also a useful tool for career guidance, coaching and recruitment.

Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a set of techniques for communication and self-transformation which concern our reactions rather than the origin of our behaviour. It favours ‘how to’ over ‘why’ and provides an observation table to improve the perception that we have of ourselves and others. It also helps to set targets and to achieve them. This is a toolbox whose key is in the language and use that each of us makes of our five senses and our whole being. Its goal: to devise and reproduce our own models of success.

Social dynamics

The discipline of action, social dynamics observes in people – both individuals and teams – and in their involvement, a bottomless reservoir of ideas and enthusiasm which the company needs. Created and developed by JC Fauvet with whom we have collaborated, social dynamics provides everyone with a very simple frame of reference, enabling them to exercise their judgement and adopt the behaviour most suitable to the situation and which involves providing impetus, resolving conflict, preventing tensions, etc.…

Systemic

In helping to provide a global overview of a complex problem, the systemic approach brings knowledge which is essential to dealing with this complexity. An effective tool for understanding how a company or organisation functions, the systemic approach is particularly appropriate when focusing on decision-making.

Facilitation techniques

Facilitation is a discipline which enables each member of a group to be involved in devising a solution which is acceptable to all, when faced with a shared concern, and to be involved with any action stemming from it. Relying on a range of techniques, the facilitator is not an expert but creates the conditions, motivates and acts as a catalyst for the collective intelligence of the group.

Improvisation techniques

Practising improvisation helps through the experience of an original communication technique based on listening and the quick understanding of and response to a situation. Because it pushes everyone beyond their usual limits in a context where there is no personal risk because it involves experimentation, improvisation is a very effective tool for developing ‘soft skills’. Finally, improvisation techniques create a working environment based around both relaxed and effective behaviour.
